Effective Date: From the date the user successfully pays the subscription fee until the user cancels the subscription and the current paid period ends.

This agreement is entered into by the following parties:

Service Provider: 16personalitylab.ai (hereinafter referred to as "the Website" or "we")

User: Any individual or entity subscribing to or using the services of the Website (hereinafter referred to as "User")

Whereas we own and operate the Website and provide subscription services; and the User wishes to subscribe to and use the services provided by the Website. The parties hereby agree as follows:

1. Subscription Services

1.2 Service Term:

Trial Period: The first subscription includes a 7-day trial period at a cost of $1.99.

Formal Subscription: After the trial period, if the user does not cancel in advance, the subscription will automatically convert to a formal subscription at $19.99/month and renew monthly.

2. Subscription Fees and Payment

2.1 Fees:

Trial Fee: The user agrees to pay a non-refundable $1.99 trial fee at the time of subscription to access the service for 7 days.

Monthly Subscription Fee: If the user does not cancel at the end of the trial, a $19.99 monthly fee will be charged automatically and deducted monthly thereafter.

2.2 Auto-Renewal Authorization: The user hereby authorizes the Website to automatically charge the subscription fee to the provided payment method (e.g., credit card) at the end of the trial and monthly thereafter until the subscription is canceled.

2.3 Price Adjustment: The Website reserves the right to adjust subscription prices with at least 30 days’ prior notice. If the user disagrees with the new price, they may cancel before the change takes effect.

3. Cancellation and Termination

During Trial: The user must cancel via the Website or customer service before the 7-day trial ends.

During Formal Subscription: The user may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current paid period. No further charges will occur after cancellation.

3.2 Website Termination: If the user violates any terms of this agreement, the Website may immediately terminate the subscription without refund.

3.4 Effect of Termination: After termination, the user will no longer have access to subscription services.
