The service will continue until the end of the current subscription period.
The subscription will not renew automatically.
No refunds will be given for unused time.
The cancellation review time will not exceed 3 business days.

The following specific conditions are eligible for our refund policy:
The system is inaccessible for more than 24 hours, and not due to scheduled maintenance or force majeure.
Billing errors, duplicate charges, or incorrect amounts charged.
The following conditions are not eligible for our refund policy:
Subscription time has expired/is unused after cancellation.
Functionality is unavailable during maintenance periods.
You changed your mind or no longer need the service.
Failure to cancel before renewal.
