Subscription will not renew automatically

Unused time is non-refundable

Refunds

1. Recurring Subscription Refunds

The following specific situations are eligible for a refund:

System is inaccessible for more than 24 hours, not due to scheduled maintenance or force majeure

Billing errors, duplicate charges, or incorrect amounts charged

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

Subscription period has ended or is unused after cancellation

Features unavailable during maintenance

Change of mind or no longer needing the service

Failure to cancel before renewal

Other reasons caused by the user
