Where is my refund?

Please note that your eligibility for a refund depends on the terms and conditions you accepted when registering and making your purchase.

According to our terms and conditions, once approved, refunds are typically processed within 3 business days. Most refunds appear in your account within 1-2 business days after processing, but in some cases it may take up to 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

For currency conversion:

1. Exchange rates are determined by your bank or card issuer

2. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank are non-refundable

3. You may see separate currency conversion fees on your bank statement

Once your refund request has been sent from our system, we are unable to track its status within your bank's processing system. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days (which is rare), we recommend contacting your bank and providing them with the transaction details.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. We are unable to issue refunds to any payment method other than the one used at registration.

If your card has expired or been blocked, don't worry—your financial institution should still accept the refund and credit it to your account balance.
