
Please note that your eligibility for a refund is subject to our Terms & Conditions, which you accepted upon registration and purchase.
In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, once approved, refunds are typically processed within 3 business days. While most refunds appear in your account within 1-2 business days after processing, in some cases, it may take up to 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
Regarding currency exchange:
1. Exchange rates are determined by your bank or card issuer
2. Any currency exchange fees charged by your bank are non-refundable
3. You may see a separate currency exchange fee on your bank statement
Once a refund request has been issued from our system, we are unable to track its status within your bank's processing system. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days (which is rare), we recommend you contact your bank with the transaction details.
Please note that refunds will be returned to the original payment method, and we cannot issue refunds to any payment method other than the one used for the original purchase.
If your card has expired or been blocked, please do not worry; your financial institution should still accept and credit the funds to your account balance.
